What is the process for core return/Where do I send the core?
Each engine is shipped with the core return instructions, core evaluation form, and the bill of lading. You can also download these forms in the Core Return & Process forms section and/or submit an online request for pick-up. It is important to review your core using the evaluation form to make sure you are aware of any charge-backs that might occur. If there are any discrepancies at the time of receipt, we will review those with you.
