WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CHARLOTTE HOME SOLUTIONS TO BUY MY HOUSE?
We have a simple and quick process that allows us to present to you one or more options for us to buy your house. Typically, from the time you first contact us, we can present you an offer within a day or two and close in about a week. Here’s how the process works: Step 1: We’ll gather some information from you over the phone and then do an initial market assessment. Step 2: We will call you back to schedule a time convienent for you to show us the house. Step 3: After viewing your house, we’ll go back to our office to review your situation and come up with one or more solutions for buying your house. Step 4: We’ll meet with you again to present one or more offers that will meet your needs in selling the house. If we have a solution that makes sense to you, we’ll go ahead a write up an agreement. Step 5: All the documents are reviewed and prepared by an attorney. We can then schedule the closing at the attorney’s office. Most closings take no more than 20 to 30 minutes.
