Written requests for changes to the MUTCD provisions may be sent to the Federal Highway Administration, Office of Transportation Operations (HOTO), 400 7th Street SW, Washington, DC 20590. For additional information on what must be included in the request, refer to Section 1A.10 (Interpretations, Experimentations, Changes, and Interim Approvals).
