What is the process for cancelling a class?
Student Cancellations – must be received at least three business days prior to class to recieve a full refund or credit for future training classes. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 3 days of the class. Instructor Cancellations – Please note that Instructors may cancel classes three business days prior to the class date if an insufficient number of students are enrolled.
