What is the process for buying and downloading pre-orders?
Pre-orders are purchased like any other item at Play.com by adding the item to your basket and proceeding through the checkout process. You will receive an order confirmation email as usual. The item(s) will be made available to download on the specified release date, on which you will then be sent an email notifying you that your item is ready to download from your Play.com account. You will not be charged for the item until its release date.
