What is the process for architectural requests?

Call R&R Property Management and have them fax or mail to you an architectural change form. Complete the form and mail all documentation such as photos and drawings to them. The committee will review the request, and respond within 30 days. All changes must be approved before construction or installation has begun. Please don’t sign a contract until this is approved!
