• U.S. fan submits an online pre-application data form available online here (see 5 below). • U.S. Soccer uploads pre-application data to FIFA World Cup Ticketing Center computer system. • U.S. Soccer e-mails ticket application order link and instructions to each fan whose pre-application data has been successfully uploaded. • U.S. Soccer fan applies for tickets through FIFA (Dec. 6, 2009, through Jan. 13, 2010). • FIFA evaluates ticket applications (approximately Jan. 14-20; see question 6 below). • FIFA informs applicant whether or not their request for tickets was successful (approximately Jan. 21-23). Payment is collected in full for all successful requests at this time (see question 7 below).
