What is the process for a telemarketing company to be licensed?
A. A sample licence application form is available on the Authority’s website at www.bpcpa.ca. Full licence application packages will be available in August, 2005. Applicants may contact the BPCPA to request an application package at that time. The package will consist of licence application forms, criminal record check consent forms and sample statutory declarations for any applicants who declare criminal records. The completed forms, along with the applicable payment, should be forwarded to the BPCPA before October 1, 2005 for processing.
