What is the process and what is required to immigrate into the USA; do I need to pay the money out right?
A. A job offer is required before we even begin the immigration process. You are required to have a minimum of 3 years education as well as 3 years working experience (3 years working experience is the equivalent of 1 year of school). The cost ranges from $4000 – $6500; many times the employer will agree to pay half but it is the job seekers responsibility except for the filing fees.
