What is the process after filing a request for review of a preliminary hearing order?
A. When a request for review of an order is filed with the Board, an acknowledgment of application and briefing schedule is mailed to all parties. Appellant has ten days from the date the application is filed in which to file a brief and appellee has ten days thereafter. The case then goes to a Board member to draft a decision for Board review.
