What is the procedure to reserve either Apt 304 or Apt 707?
I work through a rental agency that is located on Marco Island. They take care of the actual rental, e.g., taking deposits, sending out contracts, handing out keys, taking care of any problems that might arise in the apartment while you are there. When you have decided that you definitely want to book an apartment, I will call my agent with your name and have her set aside the time period that you want. You will then have to call my agent to finalize the rental. At that point my agent can address any questions that you may have including method of payment, deposit schedule, cancellation policy and cancellation insurance, etc.
