Please submit a formal request on company/charity letterhead to Ralph Leon, Director of Community Affairs, 601 Biscayne Blvd., Miami, Florida 33132. If your event is going to be hosted at the Arena, please indicate that in your request. In the letter, please include what you are requesting, when you will need the item and what the proceeds will benefit.
