What is the procedure to introduce a new form or request changes to an existing one?
For a GSA form, you would fill out and obtain needed signatures for a GSA form 2192 to request forms management services. For a Standard (SF) or Optional (OF) Form to be used by all agencies, you would fill out and obtain needed signatures for a Standard Form SF152.
