Request may be sent to The Advisor, Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Ministry of Science and Technology, Block-2, CGO Complex, Lodhi Road, New Delhi-110003 for seeking technical clearance and approval for import. After getting this technical clearance, application (PQ-08) may be sent to the Director, NBPGR for issuance of import permit along with the DBT permission letter in original.
