What is the procedure to establish a Representative Office in Singapore ?
The representative office registration is handled by International Enterprise, Singapore (formerly known as Trade Development Board). The representative office permission is given for one year. The required application has to be completed along with the financial statements of the parent company before the registration is granted. The representative office cannot trade and can only do after-sales service or liaison work.
