The fax based office is attached to a PC based office. The postmaster should receive the TRM form from the customer and fax it to the attached office for PC based enquiry at their end. The postmaster of the PC based office will verify the details on his PC and then he will press the F 10 key and will take a print out of the pay out form. Thereafter the print out (not TRM form ) will be faxed to the fax based office. On the basis of this authorization received from the PC based office the money can be paid.
