What is the procedure of applying for No Objection Certificate to outside States?
Three copies of Application duly filled in Form 28, (Court fee stamp of worth Rs 5 should be attached in one copy) along with the documents such as Address of the registering authority, the pencil mark of the chassis number, attested copies of registration certificate, pollution control certificate, insurance certificate, receipts of taxes paid should also be given along with the application. If the vehicle is using for the transportation purpose, the permit should be surrendered.
