What is the procedure if ones plans change and aldicarb (Temik) is not applied as planned, despite permit approval?
If aldicarb (Temik) is not applied, no action is required. However, you must keep a copy of the approved permit application for two years. We recommend you have a note with your records that indicates the application was not made, in case an inspection is conducted or there is any question about the permitted application.
