What is the procedure if I wish to speak to committee or council?
Addressing a standing committee If you wish to appear as a delegate before a standing committee, please submit a request in writing to the appropriate individual listed below, with a copy to the Regional Clerk’s office at clerks@durham.ca. All requests should include the subject matter, presenter’s name, contact information (e.g. address, email, telephone), and any audio-visual requirements. For delegations to the Finance and Administration Committee, please contact Marg Gibson via email at marg.gibson@durham.ca or by mail to: Finance and Administration Committee, Regional Municipality of Durham Headquarters, 605 Rossland Road East, P.O. Box 623, Whitby, ON L1N 6A3. For delegations to the Health and Social Services Committee, please contact Helen Cialone (for Health) at helen.cialone@durham.ca or Linda Wahrer (for Social Services) at linda.wahrer@durham.ca.
