• If an individual(s) will have access to select agents or toxins, they must have a current security risk assessment. Follow the procedures as indicated in Question 7 above. • Once the visit is complete, the receiving entity RO should amend the entity’s registration to remove the visiting individual’s name from the Table 4B.
