What is the procedure for the payment of retirement/separation benefits?
Application for the payment of retirement/separation benefits must be made in writing in the form (CEAP-RB Form No. 9) and manner prescribed by the Commission and must be filed by the member with the Retirement Office duly endorsed by the authorized signatory of his Participating Employer at least 30 days in advance of the date of actual retirement, separation or separation. The Retirement Commission shall be the sole judge of the sufficiency of the information submitted, the application and the interpretation of the Plan and the entitlement to and the amount of the benefits. The decision of the Commission shall be final and binding upon all parties.
