What is the procedure for setting up Mobile Devices such as: PDAs/Smartphones/Blackberries?
Make certain that your PDA, Smartphone, Blackberry, or other Mobile device is fully charged before setup. • Contact the Help Desk • Help Desk will coordinate a time to move your GroupWise mailbox. • After your mailbox is moved, an appointment will be scheduled to assist you with activation, software installation, and/or Synchronization settings.
