What is the procedure for sending my luggage in for repair?
Please email support@ampride.net for a return authorization number. We will need a copy of the original sales receipt identifying the purchase date along with a copy of your warranty card before we can process your repair order. After we process your repair order, you will be responsible for the cost of sending your item to our repair facility at 12285 Colony Avenue, Chino, CA 91710 along with a check for $9.50 for return postage.
