What is the procedure for sending my broken luggage in for repair work?
You must provide and forward your proof of purchase and a copy of your warranty card. Once we receive the copies and verify you’re within your warranty expiration time, we will issue a repair authorization number. Then send us the luggage along with a check for $7.50 for shipping and handling. Allow 3 to 6 weeks for return.
