Buyer is encouraged to make an appointment with Southern New England Custom Kitchens (SNECK) ahead of their walk thru in order to familiarize themselves with the options available to them. When it is safe to enter the home, a rough frame walk thru with DiPlacido Development Corp and SNECK will take place. The following day, SNECK will forward a proposal and a layout to us. The kitchen area will be designed so that all the electric, plumbing, heating, telephone and cables are properly located. Next, t he buyers must visit the SNECK showroom and make their selections. From the date of the walk thru, buyers have two weeks (a specific date will be given by the cabinet maker) in order to finalize their cabinet and countertop decision (including hardware). Any changes after the date (if they can be made) would result in a significant expense as production must be revised, and schedules must be re-arranged.
