What is the procedure for returning product to Kafko?
If it is freight damage, please refer to that F.A.Q. For new product in the original package or pool liners returned for inspection and/or verification of a defect, please call your Customer Service Representative first. They will issue you a Return Material Authorization number that should be included on all correspondance. Please note that there may be a 15% restocking fee for some products returned for credit. For products that have been installed, read the manufacturer’s warranty first as some products have to be returned to an authorized service center and not to Kafko. Your Kafko CSR can provide guidance.
