What is the procedure for returning goods and getting a refund?
A. We offer a 7 day no quibble cancellation and full refund guarantee for online sales. For in-store purchases the cancellation fee is 20%. You can either send the goods back yourself or we can collect the goods. We do charge for collection. Always keep the original packaging and do not use goods that you want to return.
