What is the procedure for reserving a villa?
You select the villa of your choice, we will confirm availability for your dates and will place a Tentative HOLD on the villa of your choice for 48 hours. Once you have confirmed your reservation we will send you a confirmation via email confirming your reservation and requesting a 50% deposit. After we receive your deposit we will forward to you our Information Packet with your Rental Agreement and Waiver of Responsibility, Arrival Information, Menu Selectionsfor your First Evening Dinner and First Morning Breakfast, along with all the necessary information on your villa rental and Puerto Vallarta. The balance on your reservation is due 60 days prior to your arrival at the villa. All villa owners require a refundable Security Deposit due four weeks prior to your arrival. The Security Deposit is returned to you two weeks after your return from your vacation providing no damages occurred during your stay and no long distance phone calls were charged to the villa.
