What is the procedure for requesting after-hours A/C or heat?
After-hours air conditioning and heating services during the evenings, on Saturday afternoons, Sundays and holidays is termed “overtime” air or heat. These services are provided upon request at tenant’s expense. Overtime air or heat should be requested through Building Management prior to 2:00 p.m. on the evening it is required, on Fridays before weekends, or on the day before a holiday. There is a cost for overtime air or heat. Please call Building Management at 713-722-8880.
