To convert your points into gifts or Citéa week-end gift vouchers, all you have to do is sign in to the Web site using your card number and password, then go to the site’s on-line store by going to the “My gifts” section. You may choose one or more gifts if your account has enough points. Simply submit your order and make sure to indicate your coordinates and delivery address correctly. A confirmation e-mail is sent to you after you submit the order. You can order gifts only through this Web site. I don’t see my country listed on the gift order form. Gifts from the on-line store may be delivered to any country within the European Economic Union. If you live in a different country, you can only order Citéa week-end gift vouchers.
