What is the procedure for ordering books & audiovisual materials?
You may pick up purchase request forms in the library’s technical services or call x4758 for a PDF of the form to be sent to you via email. Fill in a form with all the information you know about a title and return the form to the library. If you would prefer, you can type your orders into an EXCEL spreadsheet. Please limit rush orders. If you request a title that you want to review as soon as it arrives, write: Notify [your name] on the Remarks line of the order form. Circulation staff will contact you when the title is ready for you. If you want to know what new materials the library has acquired, go to the library home page and select New Acquisitions under Services and Forms.
