What is the procedure for obtaining approval of blue print plan?
The applicant should apply in writing to the secretary UD&HD in Form I appended to these regulations or can be obtained from from the downloadable provision in the in the website. On receipt of application form the Town planning Cell of the department verifies blue prints. After verification and found as per the regulations of the Department the applicant is asked to deposit supervision charge and fee for guidelines for earthquake resistant system. The plans are now processed to the higher authority for approval by Additional Secretary.
