What is the procedure for obtaining a superload?
Missouri requires written application for superload permits and are only issued through the Support Center. Turnaround time is approximately two weeks. Once the application is received in the Support Center Permit Office, a structure analysis and feasibility study is done to ensure that bridges and roadways can withstand the load capacity before issuance.
