What is the procedure for obtaining a loan from CUE?
There are no particular formalities for submission of application for funding to the SES for the loans to assets. Applicants / project promoters are required simply to provide a detailed description of the SES of their investment capital and future financing arrangements including plant schematics, drawings, catalog suppliers, curriculum vitae, etc.. Initial contacts to discuss a proposed project can be in any form, by phone, fax, e-mail or letter. For these first contacts, the developer should provide sufficient information to permit verification of compliance with the investment criteria for EIB and have a well developed business plan.
