What is the procedure for name and/or address standardization?
Basically it is the same as the first part of the name/address change, except the Agent checks box #1 on the form and give the address to standardize to and submits the form with a check for the flat fee of $125.00. The Secretary of State then when the filing is processed the initial list is not sent back to the customer, but the second part of the process to alter the records to the standard address is ran.
