What is the procedure for graduation?
Current students will receive letters from UNVA regarding information on Graduation indicating the deadline to apply for graduation. Students should also check the UNVA web site periodically for news about graduation. Students need to fill out and send the Application Form to the Registrar’s Office together with the payment of the application fee. This form is available at the Registrar’s Office and at the UNVA web site. Approximately one month before graduation, students who are qualified to graduate will receive letters from UNVA informing them of the details about the commencement ceremony. About 2-4 weeks after the graduation date, diplomas and transcripts will be ready in the Registrar’s Office for the graduates to pickup or to be mailed to the graduates.
