A. One may contact the Planning Department at (336) 475-4255 or (336) 475-4213 to obtain information on the procedure for submitting a request or application for rezoning. Pending the initial request or application, the matter may then be forwarded to the Board of Planning/Adjustments for review and consideration before being presented to the City Council. Public Hearings may be involved.
