What is the procedure for getting my Virtual Tour?
After ordering the virtual tour, you will be contacted by a photographer in your area within 24 hours to schedule the tour at a convenient time. Within 2 days of the footage being shot, the link to your tour will be posted automatically to your listing. The link is found directly underneath the photographs of your property. If your property is out of our coverage area, our customer care team will contact you by email and issue you a refund. Please email us with your Listing ID if you experience a problem scheduling your virtual tour.
