What is the procedure for getting my permanent Annual Pass card?
Annual Pass holders will pick up their actual card on their first visit to the Aquarium. Please bring your Annual Pass purchase receipt/order number to give to the cashier when you arrive. If you reserved a timed ticket online to visit the Aquarium, bring the receipt, which has a barcode on it. If you reserved a timed ticket through the Call Center, you will need your order number for entry. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at 404-581-4444. I’m having difficulty printing my electronic ticket. If you bring your order number or your order confirmation with a photo ID, we can access your order in our ticketing system to issue your permanent annual pass. Please reserve a time for your visit for the most expedited entry.
