What is the procedure for getting my jewelry repaired?
As part of our tradition of being New York’s complete jeweler, we will service any watch or jewelry item at either showroom. In order to provide an estimate for repairs, we recommend you mail or bring the item to one of our showrooms. If you are mailing the item, insure it properly and request a return receipt. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. For security reasons, we recommend you do not use the words jewelry or repair department on the label.
