Ans. Applications for leased circuits in network mode should be made to Director(CS) , DTS, 20 Ashoka Road, New Delhi-1 on plain paper as per proforma details in Part II.These application will be examined and permission conveyed, normally within a period of about four weeks after the application is complete with all the details.The applicant will take further action as per Answer to Q5.
