A. You may contact the Minimum Housing Inspector at (336) 475-4251 to generate a complaint. The inspector will go out to the property and make a determination based on City Ordinances that are in place. If it is determined that the property is in violation of City Code, an order will be issued to the property owner to make this property compliant. If the property owner does not comply, the city may issue a contract to have the lot mowed. A lien is then placed against the property.
