WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE FOR GAINING ACCESS TO A BUILDING AFTER HOURS OR ON WEEKENDS/HOLIDAYS?

ALL persons requiring access to campus buildings after hours are REQUIRED to be on an APPROVED ACCESS LIST, issued by a Department Head, Instructor, or their designee. These lists are kept on file with Campus Police. To gain access, you should come to the Campus Police Department, located on the Ground Floor of Brown Hall, and present a valid identification. Once your access rights have been verified, an officer will be dispatched to assist you. PLEASE NOTE: If officers are involved with higher priority calls for service, there may be a delay in responding. Telephoned requests for building access may be granted at the discretion of the on-duty Police Supervisor.
