In order to facilitate follow-up with the bank, the auditor can send reminder e-mails through AuditConfirmations. From the Confirmation Manager, one click will send your bank contact a polite e-mail reminder. Should the bank still not respond, the follow-up protocol would be the same as a paper confirmation in accordance to each audit firm’s guidance.
