You can either call 1919 or an eye bank in your region. (Eye banks are usually listed under the essential services section of a telephone directory). On receiving your call, the eye bank personnel will provide clear directions and precautions to be taken. The process of removing eyes does not take more than 15 to 20 minutes. The procedure can be done conveniently at the residence as well.
