If the designer is an alumni of an NID or NIFT, he/she is not reqired to seek formal empanelment. However, all other designer have to apply to concerned Regional Director for empanelment as designer. These designers once empanelled can take up implementation of design related interventions being sanctioned to various eligible implementing agencies under plan schemes of this office.
