What is the procedure for availing the Mediclaim benefits?
Use health identity card at any of the network hospitals of the insurance companies and avail cashless service. Contact TPA on the number, given by the insurance company or mentioned in the health card, fax/submit the required docs for identification and authorization, obtain approval of identification, on network/non-network hospitals from TPA. After getting an approva, customer can avail the treatment.
