What is the procedure for applying for the Nativity Certificate?
There is no specific application form for applying to this certificate. Application duly written in the white paper with a court fee stamp of rupees five should be addressed to the Village Officer. Documents required are that of property, Salary certificate (if employed) or Ration card. Nativity certificates, which are to be given before the defense personnel, should be collected from the Additional District Magistrate (Deputy Collector) after giving the application addressed to him.
