Complete an application form and send it to Paul Biemer at the Odum Institute. You will be notified of your acceptance into the program. We recommend setting up an appointment with one of the CPSM Administrative Council members: Paul Biemer, Ken Bollen or Teresa Edwards – to discuss your plan for completing the requirements for the Certificate.
