What is the procedure for applying for reimbursement from my medical insurance company?
Every insurance company is different and requires various types of information for reimbursement claims. We advise patients to contact their insurance company, and inquire about their specific reimbursement process(es). We can also provide patients with Universal Compounding claim forms to submit to their insurance companies in order for them to find out if they are eligible for reimbursement. Note: Certain prescription coverage plans provide different stipulations for compounded medications.
